Transparency is at the heart of everything we do. Every shipment — whether green coffee, kidney beans, sesame, soybeans, or turmeric — is traceable back to the farm or cooperative of origin.

Selective Harvesting & Sourcing
Green coffee: hand-picked ripe cherries at peak cherry maturity. Pulses, oilseeds, and spices: harvested at optimal ripeness by partner cooperatives across Ethiopia's producing regions. Only harvest-grade material is accepted at intake.

Processing
Green coffee: washed, natural, or honey processing on raised African drying beds. Beans, seeds, and spices: machine-cleaned, dried to target moisture, and de-stoned. All products processed to remove foreign matter, damaged units, and off-grade material before grading.

Grading & Quality Sorting
All lots are graded by size, density, colour, and visual inspection. Green coffee is graded to ECX Grade 1 or Grade 2 standards. Pulses, oilseeds, and spices are graded against internationally recognised commodity standards — FAO, CODEX Alimentarius, and buyer-specific specifications.

Quality Control & Lab Testing
Green coffee: every lot is cupped by a trained Q Grader before export approval. All other products: moisture content, purity percentage, foreign matter, and contamination levels are laboratory-tested prior to shipment. We do not ship product that fails to meet the agreed specification.

Export & Logistics
We manage the complete export chain for all product categories: ECX registration (green coffee), phytosanitary certification, fumigation certificates where required, customs clearance, and FOB Djibouti or direct container loading. All documentation — including lot traceability reports and quality test certificates — is provided at shipment.
